PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
High School diploma or equivalent required.
5
years of experience preferred.
Valid Driver's License required.
GENERAL:
1. Learns location of all equipment.
2. Able to repair all assets.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4. Works on ladders, in man lifts, elevated work platforms, and in pits.
5. Walks long distances, and up and down stairways frequently.
Experience Requirements:
1. Minimum 5 years experience with Security systems (Card Access, Video Surveillance)
2. Basic understanding of Fire and Security systems.
3. Minimum 2 years working on head end (Server) systems such as sequel or equivalent preferred.
TYPICAL DUTIES:
1. Maintain and operate C-Cure Badge operating system. Programming and Operation
2. Maintain and operate PA Tone System (Simplex)
3. Maintain and operate Video Surveillance systems (Digital Cameras and NVR's)
4. Performs routine equipment checks on all operating equipment.
5. Performs operator basic care tasks on equipment.
6. Assist in diagnostics of equipment and system issues.
7. Keeps equipment and equipment areas clean and orderly.
8. Assist with maintenance repair as required.
9. Completes routine paper work neat and accurately
10. Cross trains and acts as back up to Fire Detection and Fire Suppression Technicians
11. Keeps up with technology changes and seeks ways to improve existing systems
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
