Knowledge of BOM maturation process.

Prioritized duties and Responsibilities
Process BEAM BOM for North America plants.
Coordinate BOM, design change, and manufacturing instruction activity with related plants, NAP, RLC, and Japan.
Ensure BOM accuracy. Support BOM verification activity.
Support New Model BOM maturation activity.
Process and distribute data to Local sites in a timely manner.
Daily Tasks Performed
BEAM BOM processing.
BOM, D/C, & M/I coordination activity.
Coordinate / communicate with Local Spec as needed.
BOM verification activity
Distribute data to Local sites
Minimun Job Relevant Experience (length of service)
Base understanding of part numbers, part flow, design changes, manufacturing instructions, as it relates to the Bill of Material.
Data processing accuracy.
Degree or certification required
Required Skills (Musts)
Manufacturing Bill of Material configuration and processing capability.
Effective communicator (verbal and written).
Capability to coordinate activity between various entities.
PC skills to include word processing, spreadsheets, and some database experience
Exhibit strong level of commitment to timely problem solving and dedication to completion of all assigned tasks.
Desired Skills and Abilities (Wants)
Design change management experience.
Experience with Honda systems.
Operation of Drawing (Catia / Enovia) systems.
Working with Design Changes and Bill of Materials
Working with New Model BOM maturation process.
Environment Associate will work in - Office/Production Floor/QA Building
Estimates Weekly Overtime - 2-4 hours
Frequency and Duration of Travel - as needed

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
