Drawing & DPM reviews to verify manufacturability of design
Correlation within Quality Analysis and Honda Research and Development on design countermeasures
Study of mass production PPH and countermeasure for New Model design
Support activity to improve safety, quality, reduce cost, improve delivery rate, help morale and reduce carbon footprint.
Create and maintain Equipment Quality schedules, Operation standards development, associate training and event preparation for assigned area
Create and maintain Visual Management System
Complex analysis during Testing Stage
Maintain Factory Characteristic Strategy
Daily Tasks Performed
Drawing reviews for Frame design development
CRF issuance for Frame design development
Robot teaching/programming
Op standard development
Associate training
Process documentation
Update Quality-Cost-Delivery-Morale-Safety documentation as related to assigned area
Update department business plan as applied to assigned task
Honda Research & Development Study requests, New material study
Support Testing Stage activities identifying concern items and countermeasures
Minimum Job Relevant Experience (length of service)
New Model development or Quality experience
3 years Knowledge of 3D design & Catia systems
Degree or certification required
Engineering degree or equivalent experience

Prior automotive new model experience
Project management experience
Ability to lead teams
Catia experience
Presentation skills
Honda Drawing analysis/review
CPK study and analysis
Robot programming
3D printer knowledge
Ability to read process maps

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
