Minimum Job Relevant Knowledge
Entry level 2-5 years
HR Generalist Background
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to complete task (analytical) with minimal supervision
Office skills to include PowerPoint, Word, Microsoft Office
Advanced Excel Skills
Duties and Responsibilities
Initiate External and internal offers for Staffing as required.
Annual Exempt Merit Process
Annual Bonus Process
Non-exempt compensation planning
Equity / Marketing analysis
Non-exempt Lump Sum Process
Generate communication to employees relating to compensation activities
Growth promotion offers
Compensation budget planning
Engineering Wage progression
Program database and PS entry
Job analysis and maintain Eprism database
Assist with compensation projects and assignments
Daily Tasks
Assists in the development, implementation and administration of compensation programs
Evaluate salaried, hourly, middle, and top management positions
Assist in administration of performance appraisal and salary administration programs, reviewing changes in wages and salaries for conformance to policy
Audits evaluation of positions and application of existing classifications to individuals
Conducts and participates in compensation surveys
Assists in updating the salary structure
Minimum Job Relevant Experience
2-4 years of experience
Degree or Certification Required
BS / BA Degree

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
