Position Description:
Technical Ladder / Process Engineer
Duties & Responsibilities:
Prioritize Duties/Responsibilities:
Detail, document and control parts flow and process set up in supply chain dept. Process design/delivery change request from multiple departments
Maintain delivery of parts by system input and monitor as required to ensure properly delivered
Analyze and determine root cause of complex problems related to process set up
Prioritize and manage work loads effectively
Support new model development by assisting in parts research for each event build
Lead and coordinate countermeasure meetings and work with manufacturing departments to determine the best problem resolution
Parts flow liaison between contracted consolidation center, on site material service contractors and HMA
Coordinate information from manufacturing proves groups and assist with loading of delivery parameter screens for mass pro
Complete daily, weekly periodic reports on process status as required for department and plant
Daily Tasks Performed:
Monitor consolidation center activities and performance
Develop schedules and milestone charts for vanning and case pack activities
Analyze parts flow and develop improved themes and activities to make SC more efficient
Follow up with manufacturing depts. To evaluate and improve performance
Minimum Job Knowledge:
Manufacturing/Production experience in supply chain environment General knowledge of packaging design
Minimum Job Experience:
1 year experience developing floor layouts & managing process changepoints
Education/Degree Required:
2 year degree or equivalent experience in supply chain parts flow
Required Skills:
Strong understanding of supply chain production flow
Experience with developing and implementing floor layout changes
Strong excel skills (pivot tables & charting)
Good powerpoint skills
Experience in some method of time study/process set up
Desired Skills:
M.O.S.T. experience building processes
ALS case pack system experience
Experience in unloading trailers and delivering parts in supply chain environment
Additional Work Factors:
Environment candidate will be working in: Office/Warehouse/Production floor
Estimated amount of overtime (hrs/wk): 5 Hours/Week
Frequency/ average duration of travel: As needed

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
