Duties and Responsibilities
Pathlore Administrator ? training completion, scheduling's, etc., PPRDatabase and Process Lead, KMX-E Learning Administrator.
Singular Reporting Database Lead, IT Training Lead ? CATIA, Enovia,Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Business Objects
Department ISO Representative Audits & Documentation, E-PPR Systemadministrator, TC, ESA PPR Process Administrator ? NE PPR Process Administrator? Process Associates, PIP Process Leader, PPR Lead Instructor, Continuouslyevaluate training and development needs at Honda Manufacturing of Alabama, LLC(HMA). Create Strategic Initiatives,Locate Training Resources, Evaluate and build working relationships with "worldclass", top rated training vendors to provide training and developmentopportunities for associates.
Work closely with all HMA department training representatives todetermine current training needs and develop strategic initiates, locate theright training resources, evaluate each development program for effectivenessand value to each department. Facilitate/ Instruct a wide variety of training and developmentinitiatives and curriculum to associates. Evaluate and make recommendations for improvements as required.
Development training and leadership curriculums as required to meetcompany needs. Track and reportattendance in training and development classes. Create and process training requisitions. Manage training databases. Maintain, PDCA and report trainingrequisitions. Manage training database,Maintain, PDCA and report training business plan initiatives monthly, quarterlyand annually. Training Matrixmanagement, LMS implementation leader, ePPR troubleshooting leader.
Daily interaction with training team and department manager. Coordinate and instruct training anddevelopment initiatives. Dailyinteraction with department training representatives to identify and initiatethe right training and development opportunities for associates. Respond to training and PPR inquiries. Report activity, progress, challenges indaily meetings.
Countermeasure training and PPR gap items. Promote and report training class attendanceand participation. Measure effectivenessof training systems and complete data analysis as required.
Minimum Job Relevant Knowledge
Knowledge of IT Training Systems and Theory, Preferably for a manufacturing environment
Knowledge of training Industry practices, IT systems and the latest developments
Training Budget creation and management experience
Associate skill assessment and Performance Management System Knowledge
Skill Gap determination, development plan creation
Minimum Job Relevant Experience
5-10 years experience
Degree or certification required
Minimum of a BS in related field or equivalent experience

Additional Work Factors
Environment candidate will be working in: Open Office
Estimated Weekly Overtime: 5 -25 hours per week
Frequency and Duration of Travel: 1-2 days per quarter

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
