Position Description:
Weld Robot Operator
Duties & Responsibilities:
Support process associates by moving carts and setting up the zone for C/O
Ensure that good information is included in reports for follow up
Able to perform multiple work processes as necessary with or without reasonable accommodation
Know how to read production schedule
Contact Staff, then TC and TM for downtime situations, and any support groups for need of repair
Coordinate with Staff and E/S as well as Department Manager to complete all downtime reports to ensure accuracy and countermeasure follow up
Follow up on "no good" (ng) quality issues out of area of responsibility, inform staff, and help set up PPA in PA
Follow up with a quality group member whenever changes are made to equipment
Conduct regular welding equipment preventative maintenance activity
Support cycle down activities with zone staff
Support New Model and Engineering with project implementation
Understand how robot head assemblies, water flow, and shunts work
Understand how to manually operate all processes in area of responsibility
Daily Tasks Performed:
Confirm that count back to each cell is correct for change over
Help ensure that parts are available to maintain production and service parts builds
Remain in assigned work area unless otherwise requested to support another zone
Complete all shift communications before end of shift (i.e.: communication books, emails, weld schedule changes, and equipment repair boards/follow up)
Complete Active Plant entrees of 30 seconds or greater
Minimum Job Relevant Knowledge:
Understand basic welding operation from a zone level viewpoint to meet production needs
Demonstrate ability of repair and troubleshooting weld department equipment and fixtures
Basic knowledge of HMI and computer navigation
Basic mechanical skills
Minimum Job Relevant Experience:
1 year of manufacturing experience or technical education
Degree / Certification Required:
1 year of manufacturing experience or technical education
Required Skills:
Good interpersonal communication skills
Planning and organizational skills
Hands-on approach to problem solving
Desired Skills & Abilities:
Performed driver checks
General computer navigation
Involved in containment and repair of a weld outflow issue
Production experience
Robot troubleshooting / teaching experience
Environment Associate will work in: Production floor
Estimated Weekly Overtime: 5 to 10 hours weekly
Frequency and Duration of Travel: As needed

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
