Technical Ladder/ Line Engineer
Minimum Job Relevant Knowledge (Know how)
Ability to read & understand technical drawings/ CAD related experience
Knowledge of machine components and operation
Understanding of machine programs and settings
Strong problem solving skills
2 years casting experience
Prioritized duties and Responsibilities
Support daily on line troubleshooting for safety, quality, and delivery problems
Perform time estimates, equipment loads and develop standard operation standards
Train associate on new or modified process changes
Monitor production processes and work methods
Collect, compile and analyze production data to identify opportunities to improve production processes
Maintain the process related documents and operation database to assure high quality output
Train and lead trail runs during process changes and/or new model changes
Conducts audits to ensure compliance with model specifications
Assists line-side as needed if problem arise
Works with production, new model and other engineering departments to ensure a balanced process occurs
Handle unusual situations independently
Daily go to the spot reviews of process & product with shift-to-shift communication to understand real time issues and concerns
Support daily production as required
Analyze product and process data to establish root cause
Develop and implement countermeasures to reduce the repetitive problems related to safety, quality & productivity
Develop & implement activity plans for projects rotate Plan-Do-Check-Action (PDCA) including budget, spec., schedule, management, start up, evaluations, and presentations
Achieve daily quality & efficiency targets; develop activities to exceed the target
Communicate efficiency with production & management associates
Perform statistical analysis on data/ analysis on data/ analytical troubleshooting skills
Daily Tasks Performed
Shift to shift communication to understand real time quality & deficiency issues
Summarize data, analyze change points & implement countermeasures
Ensure process control yielding to stable production
Develop & implement activity plans for projects; PDCA
Manage PM components and spare parts inventory
Track maintenance activity
Address safety concerns
Minimum Job Relevant Experience (length of service)
2 years of casting experience
Degree or certification required
Bachelor of Science in Engineering/ Engineering Technology; OR 2 years college related experience OR 2 years related casting experience
Required Skills (Musts)
As required support off-shift & weekend department activity
As required travel domestically & internationally to support department activity
Available to work overtime and travel short notice
Work with diverse support groups (production associates, contactors, suppliers)
Manage multiple projects and meet schedules ? leadership qualities
Self- motivated- self manage
Proficient in Microsoft Office software applications
Ability to read & understand technical drawings/CAD or related experience

Able to lead meetings and present technical reports

Able to work independently, or a part of a diverse team
2 years casting experience
Desired Skills and Abilities (Wants)
Some knowledge of the following preferred: Microsoft Office, AutoCAD or related experience
Demonstrate some skills in: Presenting, technical writing, communication and organizational skills. Ability to convey manufacturing concepts to associates
Engineering related coursework or experience
Knowledge of Allen- Bradley and Omron controllers
Strong leadership and communication skills
Strong oral and written presentation and skills
Environment Associate will work in Aluminum Die Cast
Estimates Weekly Overtime 5-15hours
Frequency and Duration of Travel 10%

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
