Supply Chain Daily Operations Mass Pro Buyer
Duties and Responsibilities
Daily management of supplier for all OEM, Service, Repair, DSPS, and Exception ordered parts. This includes: Forecasting, Ordering, Shipment Verification, Receiving Verification DTR Domestic Trouble Reporting, Design Change Issuance and Management, SPR - Suppler Performance Reporting, and Compensation Requests Assessment.
Review and Follow up with suppliers on DSPS and Japan Supplied Part inventories
Coordinate PH/PP complex projects
Work with suppliers on delivery improvements initiatives to ensure HMA production stability
Minimum Job Relevant Knowledge
Ability to complete logical thought processes to reach correct Supply Chain Management, Design Change Management, and Project Leader complex decision in a fast paced environment
Proven ability to follow up on all outstanding issues daily without management intervention
Daily Tasks Performed
Ordering of OEM parts, issuing and ensuring accuracy of purchase orders and forecasts to meet production requirements
Shipment/Receiving verification: Verifying shipment and receiving status of all parts, checking all receipts and supplier ASN (Advance Shipment Notifications) for all shipments
Design Change Management: Issue DC's to supply based and confirm receipt of response back on time, complete the proper analysis and manage effective dates.
Supplier Improvement: Identify repeat supplier issues, initiate C/M's and solutions, Track and report delivery improvement item
Minimum Job Relevant Experience
College Degree in related field and/or 15 years of Supply Chain Management/Purchasing/Accounting experience
Must have a working knowledge of MRP systems, including but not limited to BOM-Bill of Materials, Production Scheduling, Inventory Control, Logistics, and Warehouse Management
Degree/Certification Required
BS Degree in related field or equivalent experience

Office/Production Floor

Frequency and duration of travel: as needed locally

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
