Business Ladder / Department Project Leader/ Project Manager   Minimum Job Relevant Knowledge Knowledge of automotive development processes for full and minor model changes. Knowledge of standard project management tools and methods for PDCA rotation on large scale projects. Knowledge of new model confidentiality policy and practices. Knowledge of automotive production planning and production allocation. Knowledge of automotive parts control process from BOM establishment through ordering, production, shipping, and receiving. Knowledge of production process development. Knowledge of project budgeting and accounting for investment and expense.   Prioritized Duties and Responsibilities (1) Coordinate the project planning and coordination with the team from production, purchasing, quality, and certification to achieve model and project targets (2) Develop and manage the team's project management tools to track progress and achieve the project objectives (3) Build a network of productive relationships within Team and across Departments to achieve team and project targets (4) Collaborate with Sales, R&D, and other factory project leaders to manage project team events (5) Summarize the department status for each project evaluation, create presentation materials, and report the status to HMA top executives (6) Assist the factory large project leader with all duties and responsibilities necessary to manage the project (7) Manage the production control plan for all new model trial events from BOM establishment through unit shipping.   Daily Tasks Performed (1) Review the project status, identify issues and concerns, and develop countermeasures to maintain project objectives (2) Facilitate regular and special meetings, identify key action items, take notes, and issue meeting minutes (3) Communicate project status to all levels across the organization (4) Apply problem solving methods to increase department, team, and project efficiency and effectiveness (5) Meet with the individual associates, team, and department to share information, hear concerns, and provide direction (6) Evaluate the status of the overall project and department project budgets, identify concerns, and propose countermeasures to the factory large project leader   Minimum Job Relevant Experience (length of service) 3-5 years of project management experience 5-10 years' experience in automotive production/ manufacturing   Degree or certification required AS or BS in relevant discipline or equivalent experience   Required Skills (Musts) Additional computer skills (Access Database, Catia, Etc) Ability to analyze data, identify trends and tendencies, and link results to activities Ability to interpret design changes, spec notices, feature lists, BOM, etc Understanding of manufacturing/ production characteristics   Desired Skills and Abilities (Wants) Proven time management and organizational skills Ability to create critical path project management schedules Strong problem solving, negotiation, and leadership skills Ability to create clear and concise presentation documents for communication and evaluation Excellent interpersonal, public speaking, and presentation skills Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, Power point) HMA0001WH

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
