Reliability Engineer

Description  REQUISITION INFORMATION Technical Ladder Job Title/Reliability Engineer/Asset Management Prioritized duties and Responsibilities   Identify and manage asset reliability risks that could adversely affect department operations and remove through loss elimination, risk analysis and asset life cycle management. Provide strong technical mentorship for Equipment Service Technicians. Research and leverage new technologies to improve asset performance. Consistently monitor and maintain all department assets within their operating context to ensure daily SQDCM target achievement. Complete Asset health review and PM strengthening, job plan, End of Life, Condition monitoring, MTA/FMEA, PM compliance audits, MTBF analysis.   Daily Tasks Performed Analyze downtime, develop & support countermeasures using PDCA method. Develop weekly, monthly & yearly construction activity plans for related projects. Support production, Quality, materials, etc. in abnormal situations. Day to day tech support for the ES Group as needed.   Minimum Job Relevant Knowledge Experience in Asset management utilizing CMMS. Experience with scheduling activities including Predicting Maintenance forecasting, repair notifications, detailed progress report generation and Asset updates in the CMMS suite. Have the ability to prepare and plan Master Shutdown and construction activities relating to Asset management and Equipment Reliability.   Minimum Job Relevant Experience   Reliability Engineering or 5-8 years' Experience in Asset Management.   Degree or certification required Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent work experience. Required Skills   Asset Management/Leadership Skills. Project Management. Scheduling and Planning. Industrial, Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, experience desired. Good Written and Verbal communication skills. Through knowledge of CMMS and Database Applications.   Desired Skills and Abilities   Proficient Maximo CMMS. Proficient SAP MRO Suite. Proficient PdM Principles. Proficient in MS Office Suite. Skilled Problem Solver. Proficient in MS Project   Environment Associate will work in   Office and production floor   Estimates Weekly Overtime   5-10 hours/week HMA0001X6

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
