Job Title/SCD Daily Ops (Mass Pro) Buyer
Prioritized duties and Responsibilities
Daily management of suppliers of all OEM, Service, Repair, DSPS, and exception ordered parts.
This includes: Forecasting, Ordering, Shipment Verification, Receiving Verification, DTR Domestic Trouble Reporting.
Design change issuance and management, SPR-Supplier Performance Reporting, and Compensation Requests assessment.
Review and follow up with suppliers on DSPS and Japan Supplied Part inventories.
Coordinate PH/PP complex projects.
Work with suppliers on Delivery Improvement initiatives to ensure HMA production stability.
Daily Tasks Performed
Ordering OEM Parts: issuing and ensuring accuracy of purchase orders and forecasts to meet production requirements.
Shipment/Receiving verification? Verifying shipment and receiving status of all parts, checking all receipts and supplier ASN (Advance Shipment Notifications) for all shipments.
Design Change Management.
Issue DC's to supply base and confirm receipt of responses back on time.
Complete the proper analysis and manage effective dates.
Supplier Improvement.
Identify repeat supplier issues.
Initiate C/M's and solutions.
Track and report delivery improvement item.
Minimum Job Relevant Experience
College degree in related field and/or 1-5 years Supply Chain Management/Purchasing/Accounting experience.
Must have working knowledge of MRP systems, including, but not limited to BOM-Bill of Materials, Production Scheduling, Inventory Control, Logistics, and Warehouse Management.
Minimum Job Relevant Knowledge
Ability to complete logical thought processes to reach correct Supply Chain Management.
Design Change Management, ad Project Leader complex decisions in a fast paced environment.
Proven ability to follow up on all outstanding issues daily without management intervention.
Degree or certification required
B.S. degree in related field or equivalent experience.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
